This is our most popular Mandala Art course combining the drawing and painting classes.

In the drawing part of the class, Ubie will demonstrate the techniques to draw your own beautiful Mandala creation on 25cm x 25cm canvas. We will provide examples of different styles to help you to create a design that appeals to your eye.

In the painting session of the class, Ubie will explain ‘Colour Wheel’ theory with you and help you to mix, match and blend warm and cold colours to colour a gorgeous design. We use good quality watercolour pencils and paints and a water brush along with high quality watercolour art paper in the classes and will explain the techniques to blend and wash colours to create different effects. Theses skills are transferable to other watercolour work. We will also explain the use of colour pens and acrylic paints in your work.

You will leave the course with your unique piece of work ready for display : )

All materials are provided. Class sizes are small so there will be plenty of time to give you 1-2-1 assistance and feedback. We will also provide guidebooks as an aide memoire to help you continue with your work at home!

You can do the class in one day or split into 2 sessions, 1 drawing, 1 painting if you prefer
